swcv3 Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and swcv3 ("swcv3", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the swcv3 website, platform, games, promotions, and any related services.

• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the swcv3 software for financial gain. Discovered bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing swcv3 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing swcv3 staff or other players through any communication channel.

In the event of account closure due to player breach of these Terms, swcv3 may withhold any outstanding bonus funds. Legitimate, non-bonus account balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any deductions required by applicable law or these Terms.
